銀聯(lián) unionpay
The People’s Bank of China (PBoC) has announced that banks have stopped issuing bi-labelled credit cards, putting an end to a 14-year-old practice of joining the UnionPay label with either Visa or MasterCard labels, and separating transactions of the financial services.
所謂“雙標(biāo)卡”，指的是一張信用卡上印有兩個(gè)發(fā)卡機(jī)構(gòu)的標(biāo)志，比較常見(jiàn)的是銀聯(lián)+VISA或是銀聯(lián)+MasterCard，持卡人在消費(fèi)時(shí)，可以選擇卡片上簽發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)或終端。按國(guó)際慣例，一張卡只能歸屬于一個(gè)銀行卡組織，并由該卡組織負(fù)責(zé)轉(zhuǎn)接清算。相對(duì)應(yīng)地，只有一個(gè)發(fā)卡機(jī)構(gòu)的叫單標(biāo)卡。
